National Specialty Shows Over 100 Entries

Our standard contract with your Breed's Parent Club is to offer our services at no charge whatsoever.  We do not charge professional videography fees, nor for travel, hotel expenses, or per diem.  We do not require any minimum purchase or guaranteed video sales revenue or volume.

Our videos are sold directly to the customer through our own website, through direct mail marketing, and of course, at your National Specialty Show.  We also offer on-line, On-Demand and Live Streaming video, again sold directly to the customer.

ShowDogVideoPros handles all of the video acquisition, RAID storage, video editing and titling, DVD authoring and duplication, labeling, packaging and order fulfillment.  The Parent Club, typically staffed by part-time volunteers, is never burdened with these complex duties that often require full time and highly trained persons to complete.

Your Parent Club is never at risk for our video sales.  Instead, the incentives are aligned, as they should be, with our company.  We must produce a high quality product that meets the demands of our customers both for price and usability.  If we do not, we bear the risk of any loss, not the Parent Club!

What this means for you is that your club does not have to recoup any National Specialty Show expense, hidden or real, for providing professional video services.  You would otherwise see that in increasing show entry fees, and annual dues in other business models.

National Specialty Shows Under 100 Entries

We do offer our professional videography services for small National Specialty shows, but we cannot offer our "on speculation" business model.  It makes common sense when you sit with pencil and calculator to tabulate revenues vs expenses.

A small entry show predictably results in a small number of video DVD discs, lower price, and usually lower number of orders. On the expense side, we often have similar costs to the big shows. The math just doesn't always work out.

What we offer in that case is to provide video service at some cost to the club. Unfortunately, that is a reality. Typically we request comp'ed hotel room nights, or a minimum purchase guarantee.  We custom design each bid to the specific needs of the Breed, the Parent Club, and our customers.
