1. HOW DO YOU ORDER BY MAIL?
   
   Please use our Internet website to identify the various DVD packages that we offer for each show.  Simply send us an e-mail, or a written note of the DVDs you wish to order.
   
   Be sure to include your 'ship to' address!
   
   
2. PAYMENT FOR ORDERS BY MAIL
   
   We accept credit card payments (AMX, Master Card, VISA, Discover), CASH, CHECK or MONEY ORDER.  Please be sure to include the correct amount based on your order from the listing on our website.
