Shipping Options
We ship to all domestic and international destinations by US Postal Service, UPS or Fedex. You may be required to provide additional information for some shipments.Handling Fees
All DVD product orders are fulfilled at ShowDogVideoPros FOB in South Berwick, Maine. Your shipping fees will include a $3.00 handling fee, which we require for order fulfillment.
What do you get for your $3.00?
Your DVD order and Invoice will be verified and reviewed by our staff, appropriate disks, inserts and labels applied, and your shipment will then be packaged in our custom white cardboard DVD container. Your shipment will be entered by computer to USPS, UPS or Fedex, and appropriate shipping labels generated and applied. We will contact your carrier for pickup, or we will hand deliver the shipment to the carrier, whichever is most expeditious. We will then enter the tracking number (if available) into our computer system and send you an e-mail notifying you that your order has shipped. That e-mail will contain a link for you to track your order.US Postal Service
Domestic
We use First Class Mail, Priority Mail or Express Mail for US domestic shipping. First Class Mail is your most economical choice, but you will not be able to track the shipment. Priority and Express Mail both offer shipment tracking (at an increased postal rate). Please note that our shipping policy guarantees delivery to the Postal Service only. If your order is lost in transit, we offer replacement product at the rate of $5.00 per DVD, and applicable shipping and handling fees for the replacement shipment.International
We can ship our DVDs to all international destinations using the US Postal Service. This is a custom option that is available through our shopping cart services. For Canadian orders, we charge a flat shipping and handling fee of $7.00 for First Class Mail. For Canadian orders shipped by International Priority or International Express Mail, additional fees will apply. You can request International Priority or International Express Mail to Canada by sending us a note in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box during checkout, or just e-mail us directly at ibkmd@showdogvideopros.com.For all other International Destinations, additional fees may apply. You may inquire further by e-mail to ibkmd@showdogvideopros.com. Please note that shipment tracking services to Canada and International Destinations is only available for International Priority and International Express Mail service using the US Postal Service. If you choose First Class Mail (without tracking) and your order is lost in transit, we offer replacement product at the rate of $5.00 per DVD, and applicable shipping and handling fees for the replacement shipment.
United Parcel Service (UPS)
UPS serves most domestic and international destinations. Please note that the price estimate on our shopping cart website is automatically increased by $3.00 for our handling fee (see above for a description of the handling fee).
Federal Express (FEDEX)
We also use FEDEX for both domestic and international destinations, although it is not listed on our website. FEDEX delivery may be preferred for some destinations, particularly some International Destinations. Please use the UPS delivery charge calculator to get the price for the type of delivery service that you require, then during the checkout process enter into the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS box that you prefer FEDEX shipping. Pre-Show Orders
Orders placed before the show, or at the show, are considered "Pre-show" orders. We extend free shipping by US Postal Service First Class Mail for these orders (to domestic destinations only). If you are ordering for International destinations, shipping and handling fees will apply. Your order will ship as soon as the DVDs for the show are produced, which is typically within 7 - 10 working days after the event. Please note that in busy show seasons (typically the fall), our production schedule is longer.After Show Orders
Orders placed after the event are charged shipping and handling fees according to the shipping method you desire. If you order prior to the completion of DVD production, your order will ship once the DVDs are produced, which is typically within 7 - 10 working days after the event.
