Thank you for contacting us.  We allocate three (3) Devices per account at signup.  A "device" may be a physical device such as a PC, laptop, tablet or phone.  Browsers are also considered as "devices", which means that using Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari or Chrome on one computer will still count as three devices.

Over 90% of our customers access the streaming video using a single browser on a single device.  Some folks use two devices, like a PC and a tablet.  It is rare for a customer to require 3 or more devices.

If for some reason you require a CHANGE to your list of allowed devices, there are three options for you to consider.

1) Setup a new account and purchase another streaming video pass appropriate to your needs.  This may be the quickest and cheapest way to get access to three more devices.  It is OK to use the same name; just change the username on the new account.

2) Delete one Device.  If you have activated all three of the allowed devices and now want to add a fourth, we will need to delete one of the prior devices to make room for the new one.  We will need to find out which device to delete.  Run the diagnostics (blue button below) on the device to delete and send it to us.  If you no longer have access to that device, run diagnostics on the other two devices that you want to remain active and send those reports to us.

Once we have the info, we will send a payment link for the $25.00 processing fee to make this change.  Please note that it requires some time to reprogram your account and propagate the change on our servers.  Typically it only takes 1 - 2 hours, but depending on timezone differences, and server load based on our filming schedule, it may take up to 12 - 24 hours to make the change for you.

3) Delete ALL Devices.  This is basically a complete reset of your account.  We charge a $50.00 processing fee to make this change.  Please note that it requires some time to reprogram your account and propagate the change on our servers.  Typically it only takes 1 - 2 hours, but depending on timezone differences, and server load based on our filming schedule, it may take up to 12 - 24 hours to make the change for you.
