Returns & Refunds Policy


Overview

This policy applies to DVD and Blu-Ray products. For Streaming Video cancellations and refunds, please review our streaming video terms of use (click here).

ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every reasonable effort to ship orders the next business day (note that for orders placed on a Sat, Sun or holiday, the next business day will be Mon-Fri).  If your order is placed in advance of a show, or during a show (a so-called "PRE-PRODUCTION" order) then shipment will be as soon as the DVDs are produced.

***IMPORTANT*** ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every effort to produce fully edited and titled video DVDs within two - six calendar weeks following an event.  However, at certain show seasons (April/May/June and September/October/November) additional production time may be required.

1. Orders in Production

For orders placed, but NOT YET shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a FULL REFUND.  This condition typically applies to Pre-Production orders, where there may be a wait time between placing your order and physical shipment.

2. Orders that have Shipped

For orders that have already shipped, you must return the DVD package UN-OPENED for a refund.  You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the DVD order, less shipping and handling expenses plus a 20% re-stocking fee.

ShowDogVideoPros.com will refund the purchase price (less S/H and 20% re-stocking Fee) ONLY upon receipt of the UN-OPENED DVD package

The DVDs are shipped in plain white DVD shipping boxes.  These boxes MUST BE UN-OPENED AND IN TACT when the package is returned, in order to qualify for a refund.

3. Orders of SALE Products

From time to time, ShowDogVideoPros.com will offer "Discounts" or "Sales" on post-production products.  These pertain to DVD videos already produced and in stock.  Such products are offered in "as is" condition.

There are NO REFUNDS and NO RETURNS available on discounted Sale products from ShowDogVideoPros.com.

4. Damaged Merchandise

ShowDogVideoPros.com uses nothing but the highest quality DVD media and products.   Occasionally, a DVD will become un-readable, or will skip.  We will replace any of our DVDs for proven Surface Defects.

This does not mean that we will replace our DVDs for mis-handling.  If one of our discs does not play when you receive it, we will accept the disc on return.  You will be responsible for packaging the disc, and shipping expenses to return the disc to us.

We will then perform a surface scan using sophisticated computer equipment.  If the surface of the disc is bad, we will replace your DVD at NO CHARGE.  If instead we see that the disc has been mis-handled, we will replace that disc for a $10.00 charge per disc.  Shipping will be by US First Class Mail.

5. Incorrect Order

If you find that the video DVD products that you receive do not match what you ordered, please notify us immediately by E-mail: showdogvideopros@gmail.com.  We will work quickly and assiduously to correct the order.  In most instances, we will simply ship a corrected replacement set of discs to you at no additional charge.

If instead we determine that you made an error in placing your order, we will work with you to fulfill your needs and to achieve your complete satisfaction.  Additional charges may apply.

6. Incorrect Titling

There will be no refund in part or in whole for incorrect titling on our videos.

7. Policy Changes

ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website.
